The main aim of this course is to explore a wide variety of cross-cultural interactions in a number of organizational context. It develops a foundational levelof cross-cultural awareness and competence among students and provides them with the skill-sets to understand the diverse cultures that comprise the global business and the global workplace of the 21st century. Special emphasis will be placed on the cultural determinants of human resources management, marketing and negotiations as well as cross-cultural communication in business. |
