>Student should acquire, as a multidisciplinary task (including the economic/business, cultural and psychological perspective) basic knowledge on contemporary approach to negotiation and the guidelines for negotiation. Discussion and case studies should help understand importance of the preparatory stage to negotiation its relevance in achieving assumed goals of given negotiation process. Further focus will be on selection of proper tactics and strategy for our negotiation. >Student should acquire minimum competence to conduct international negotiation in a multicultural environment. > Student should understand basic rules of human behavior that could be used in the negotiation process. |

Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
Summation of the following components: active and creative participation in classes (0-10 pts)+ a positive grade from the midterm test (0-30 pts) + participation in a simulation of negotiation project (0-30pts), or a written study related to negotiation, topic approved by the instructor, about 5-7 pages (0-20pts) a positive grade from the final exam (0-30pts). Required minimum for a final passing grade = 60pts |
