The aim of the course is to teach students the most important issues relating to the management of human capital in the organization. The course underlines its significance as a determining factor in achieving a competitive advantage in today s market. During the course the determinants of effective human capital management will be presented to students - selected models of human resource management team management ways of tackling the problem of burnout competency management and talent management issues of power leadership and organizational culture and ways of creating the involvement of employees. |
