  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

The aim of the course is to teach students the most important issues relating to the management of human capital in the organization. The course underlines its significance as a determining factor in achieving a competitive advantage in today s market.

During the course the determinants of effective human capital management will be presented to students - selected models of human resource management team management ways of tackling the problem of burnout competency management and talent management issues of power leadership and organizational culture and ways of creating the involvement of employees.
