(tylko po angielsku) Course - The strategic and international dimension of modern human resource management is a guide of selected, current and important issues related to the area of people management in modern organizations. The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and principles regarding the basic activities and solutions functioning as part of human resource management in a strategic and international dimension, including issues related to strategic human resource management and selected models of HRM, team management, competence and talent management, as well as organizational culture and shaping employee involvement. In addition, the aim of the course is to familiarize students with the role of human capital in contemporary organizations that operate in an international environment and to provide knowledge of selected aspects of human resource management in an international environment, pointing to the greater complexity of personnel processes, which is particularly related to, among others, cultural factors . |
