  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

The aim of the course is to analyze the strategic role of management in the organization. The development of the international business environment has created new unique opportunities for rapid growth for companies, and the new generation of managers has led to the challenge of working for such companies. The module presents the essence of strategic management and its role in the context of a rapidly changing competitive environment. It shows the process of strategic management as a constant search for an advantage and an attempt to find ways to create added value for the company.

The aim of the course is to study the principles and tools of strategic management as well as to analyze the strategic role of management in the organization. The development of the international business environment has created new unique opportunities for rapid growth for companies, and the new generation of managers has led to the challenge of working for such companies. The module presents the essence of strategic management and its role in the context of a rapidly changing competitive environment. It shows the process of strategic management as a constant search for an advantage and an attempt to find ways to create added value for the company.

W1 Student will have advanced knowledge of the contemporary theories and methods of management in an international environment and the relationships between them.

W2 Student will have extended knowledge about the contemporary international and global business environment and understand the dynamics of changes taking place in this environment, as well as the impact these changes have on the contemporary organization and the dilemmas of the businessman.

U1 Student will have the ability to systematically update and improve skills, broaden the scope of knowledge and consciously develop his/her own career.
