Punkty ECTS i inne: 3.00 Podstawowe informacje o zasadach przyporządkowania punktów ECTS:
  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Leadership and change are lectures on exceptionally current and important issues related to the problem of managing change in a dynamic, dynamic environment. The key issue is the special role of leadership in the process of change, understood primarily as a process of support and use of existing development opportunities, the potential of employees and the entire company.

Leadership and change are lectures on exceptionally current and important issues related to the problem of managing change in a dynamic, dynamic environment. The key issue is the special role of leadership in the process of change, understood primarily as a process of support and use of existing development opportunities, the potential of employees and the entire company.

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the problems of change and change management in contemporary enterprises, and to enable students to master knowledge and understanding issues concerning the role and importance of leadership in the change management process. In addition, the acquisition of the ability to critically analyze various situations regarding changes in which the key are: flexibility, the ability to adopt new solutions, fast learning.

Within this subject, particular attention was paid to the human aspect of the change process, the employees' approach to change, the ability to adapt to new solutions and the issue of leadership tailored to a given situation.

Efekty uczenia się:

Knowledge:

1. Student knows the main theories and concepts of changes in organizations and is able to critically assess its usefulness in the context of the chosen organization.

2. Student is able to analyze business situations in order to formulate realistic change strategies and lead change processes using the potential of people and organizations.

3. Student is prepared to develop the concept of managing change and leading these changes as part of running his own business.

Skills:

1. Student is able to develop strategies and plans of changes contributing to the growth of the organization's competitiveness and implementation of its strategic goals.

2. Student can apply a properly selected research methodology to solve strategic problems in the area of change management, formulate change programs and communicate research results in the form of a synthetic, readable report.

3. Student is able to develop the possessed personality traits and professional skills in order to more fully use them in leading the changes and to ensure systematic self-development.

Social competence:

1. Student has the ability to think critically, analyze and synthesize.

2. Has the ability to solve problems and make decisions.

3. Can independently acquire information and knowledge.

Metody i kryteria oceniania:

Examination.
