Chosen contemporary concepts of HRM - competence management, talent management. 2. Personal function - goals and tasks of the personnel function, evolution and models of personnel policy, personal processes as a value. 3. Human resources planning - factors determining personnel needs, techniques of forecasting personal needs. 4. Personnel selection - recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. Recruitment sources, ways. Techniques and procedures for assessing the suitability of employees to work. Tasks, stages and duration of adaptation to work. 5. Employee appraisal systems - the essence, objectives and functions of employees' evaluations as well as evaluation techniques and procedures . 6. Financial and non-financial motivation - modern incentive systems, incentive systems related to Company Value Management (VBM). 7. Effective employee remuneration systems - remuneration policy, essence, types and elements of remuneration, forms of remuneration of employees, bonus system. 8. Development and improvement of human resources - elements, areas and functions of human resources development. HR development methods . 9. Employee training - creating training plans, coaching, mentoring, e-learning. Plans of reserve staff, internal and external trainings. 10. Dismissals, fluctuations and outplacement, employment reduction programs. 11. Organization of the HRM Department - tasks. Role and functions of the personal manager.
