The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the role of management in contributing to organizational effectiveness. Business organizations currently face many problems. such as industrial structure, entrepreneurship and labor force productivity. Among them include the dynamic business environments, the problem of developing strategies for trade balance, the greater complexity of managing global enterprises. This course focuses on on group level problems such as organizations activity and labor productivity. It will provide a knowledge about modern industrial enterprise, the methods of achieving comparative advantage. Such knowledge is equally relevant for those who aspire to positions outside as well as inside management. |

1. Class participation ( 20 points). 2. Midterm exercises (30 points). 3. Final exercises (50 points). The final course grading criteria is described below 90-100 points Very Good (grade 5) 80-89 points Good plus (grade 4+) 70-79 points Good (grade 4) 60-69 points Satisfactory plus ( grade 3+) 50-59 point Satisfactory (grade 3) 0-49 points Failing (grade 2) |
