The aim of the course is to understand the essence of entrepreneurship and the relationship between entrepreneurship, innovation and technologies. The aim of the course is also cooperative work on the concept of the venture, which will lead to economic success on the professional architecture work market

Tools of entrepreneurship, shaping entrepreneurial attitudes.

Idea for an architectural office: external and internal conditions, sources of information about the market, evaluation of the idea, marketing analysis: market research, advertising, promotion, sales methods.

Financial analysis of the undertaking: initial capital, sources of financing. Organizational concept of the company. Business plan. Outsourcing. Additional issues: Social media. Remote work.

Market analysis of large, medium and small architectural companies and other units related to the industry.
