Important notice: New process for student confirmation letters!
Starting April 7th, 2025, confirmation letters will no longer be issued at the Dean's Office.
To obtain one, students must submit a request via the Rhenus system – scan the QR code.
If all conditions for issuing the confirmation letter are met, the document will be ready the next business day. You will receive a confirmation by email that it is ready.
Collection: Reception, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM on business days.
The document will be available for 7 business days.
If you receive a refusal, please read carefully the reason and follow the instructions. You may contact your coordinator by email if you require additional information. Do not contact anyone else, they will not be able to help you!
Collection and Extension of Student IDs
To extend or collect your student ID, please visit the dean's office room 108 during working hours. Please do not forget to take the queue number.

Student email addresses
Dear all, all e-mail correspondence with the University takes place using mailboxes in the @stu.vistula.edu.pl domain. We kindly ask you to regularly check your personal mailboxes provided by the University. LOGIN VIA OFFICE 365 (Intranet/Mail).
At the same time, we would like to remind you that we do not send any information to students' private e-mail addresses.

MINISTER'S SCHOLARSHIP:
Rectors of universities will forward applications for ministerial scholarships by the deadline: from 01.10.2024 - to 15.10.2024.
Remember! The student must complete all the formalities at the university, much earlier. |
