The Dean's Office will operate according to schedule below:

Please be informed that Friday, August 14, 2026, is a day off for the administrative staff of Vistula University (in lieu of the public holiday falling on Saturday, August 15).

On this day, the university and its administrative offices (including the Admissions Office) will be closed.

Student email addresses

Dear all, all e-mail correspondence with the University takes place using mailboxes in the @stu.vistula.edu.pl domain. We kindly ask you to regularly check your personal mailboxes provided by the University. LOGIN VIA OFFICE 365 (Intranet/Mail).

At the same time, we would like to remind you that we do not send any information to studentsprivate e-mail addresses.

Collection of Diplomas and Supplements – Important Information

Please note that graduation diplomas, along with their supplements, are prepared within 30 days from the date of the diploma examination. You can easily track the preparation status of your documents in the USOSweb system.

Collection schedule at the Dean's Office:
- Until September 30: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- From October 1: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Methods of document collection:

Diplomas can be collected in one of the following ways:
- In person by the graduate.
- By a representative holding a notarized authorization.
- By a representative holding an authorization prepared in advance in the presence of a University employee.

Online Classes at the University are held on the MS Teams platform.
Lecturers place links to the classes on the Platon platform. Detailed information can be found in the user manual:

Scholarships - Schedule for accepting applications for the academic year 2025/2026

Scholarship's applications can be submitted on the following dates:

SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:
From 01.10.2025 to 09.07.2026

INCENTIVE:
From 01.10.2025 to 09.07.2026

RECTOR'S SCHOLARSHIP:
In the winter semester from 01.10.2025 to 20.10.2025 and (in accordance with Rector's Order No. 3/10/2025 of 21 October 2025) in the additional period: 23-31 October 2025.
In the summer semester from 01.03.2026 to 20.03.2026

MINISTER'S SCHOLARSHIP:
Rectors of universities will forward applications for ministerial scholarships by the deadline: from 01.10.2024 - to 15.10.2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1) for AFIB Vistula students (applies to students of the Warsaw Campus) and SGTIH Vistula):
In accordance with the application schedule, students apply via the USOS system, then the registered and signed application (together with attachments) must also be delivered (in accordance with the application schedule) to room 207 (Warsaw Campus);

2) for AFIB Vistula students (Pultusk Branch):
In accordance with the application submission schedule, students apply via the USOS system, then the registered and signed application (together with attachments) must also be delivered (in accordance with the application submission schedule) to room 310 (AFIB Branch in Pułtusk):

3) for AFIB Vistula students (Branches in Gdańsk, Tczew, Braniewo):
students do not submit their applications via the USOS system, but only in paper form to the relevant unit of the University Branch (in accordance with the application submission schedule);

4) in the case of AFIB Vistula students (Branches in Olsztyn and Kętrzyn):
students do not submit applications via the USOS system, but only in paper form to the relevant University Branch office (in accordance with the application submission schedule);

Applications in paper form (concerning the University in Warsaw and all its branches) can be submitted:
-in person (according to the office hours available on the websites of the University and its branches)
-by post to the University address (students of branches should send their applications to the dean's office) with the note 'SCHOLARSHIP'.
-in the box by the door of room 207 (for students of the Warsaw Campus and SGTIH Vistula)
