(tylko po angielsku) 1. International law- definition, general concepts, sections. International economic law/ 2 hours 2. Sources and subjects of international law/4 hours 3. Treaty law – international agreements/3 hours 4. International agreement v. civil contract and political commitment/understanding – 2 hours 5. International (public) economic law, specific features, sections/ 2 hours 6. International trade law, GATT, WTO – 2 hours 7. World Trade Organization (WTO), System of the WTO agreements – 3 hours 8. Most-favoured nation principle (MFN), national treatment clause (NT), economic sanctions – 2 hours 9. Settlement of commercial/trade disputes – 3 hours 10. International trade of goods and its principles/guidelines – 2 hours 11. Vienna Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods of 1980 – “Civil Code” applicable to sale in international economic trade /3 hours 12. Protection of the foreign direct investment/ 1 hour 13. Intellectual and industrial property international law/ 1 hour |
